Technical Information
  • Overshoot - 60.0 gals (225 liters) maximum at 1200 USgpm (4500 l/min.).
  • Pilot valve air pressure required for options E, F, J, U or X - 60 psi min. (4.2 bars).
  • Mates Carter Couplers 60600, 60600-1, 60700-1, 64702, 64800, 64801, 64802, 64804, 64900. 64901, 64902, 61525 and all other API style couplers.
  • Pressure Drop - See Figure 1 for complete data.
  • Standard Materials - Inlet housing - A536, grade 60-40-18 ductile iron; Outlet housing A356-T6 aluminum with stainless steel mating API adapter; trim - stainless steel and aluminum alloy.
  • Weight - 57.5 lb. (Options D, E, & J; +55 lb. for G ), 58.0 lb for Options F & U, 70 lb. for options Q, R & S.

    R - Changes upper half housing (adpater) to two-piece ductile iron/stainless steel (47203-2). (Not available on 60554-3D) (Special order)
    S - Changes upper half housing (adapter) to 316 stainless steel. (43214-4) (Special order)
    T - Fusible Plug to air port to either “E”, “F”, “J” or “U” options only. (47326) (Not available on Option X)
